The Executive - Accounts & Administration (Commercial) is responsible for effective cash handling, monitoring and controlling administrative and hospitality expenses, managing employee business advances, and ensuring financial discipline, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities (JD)
Cash Handling & Controls
Manage daily cash receipts and payments
Maintain accurate cash book and perform daily cash reconciliation
Ensure safe custody of cash and adherence to internal control procedures
Cost Control -- Admin & Hospitality
Monitor administrative and hospitality expenses against approved budgets
Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy and approval
Implement cost control measures and highlight cost deviations to management
Coordinate with admin and hospitality vendors for timely payments
Employee Business Advances
Process employee business advance requests as per company policy
Track advance utilization and timely submission of expense claims Adjust advances against approved claims and recover excess/unutilized amounts
Follow up on long-pending advances and ensure timely closure
Reporting & Compliance

Prepare periodic MIS reports on cash position, expenses, and advances
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Support internal and external audits related to cash, expenses, and advances
Ensure adherence to company policies and financial controls
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration
1--4 years of experience in accounts, admin-commercial, or similar roles
Knowledge of cash management, cost control, and employee advances
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
