Finance Operations & ERP Support
Assist in day-to-day
accounting operations
including vouchers, ledger entries, reconciliations, and ERP data validation
Support
accounts payable, receivables, payroll processing, and vendor payments
through ERP systems
Maintain and update
financial records, digital documents, asset registers, and supporting schedules
Assist in ERP configuration, data accuracy checks, and coordination with ERP support teams
Statutory Compliance & Audit Support
Support preparation and filing of
GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns
Assist in compilation of documents and schedules for
statutory, internal, and trust audits
Track audit observations and support timely closure under guidance of the Manager - Finance
Coordinate with departments to collect required financial data for compliance and audits
Budgeting, Reporting & Coordination
Assist in preparation of
budgets, utilization statements, variance reports, and MIS reports
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reporting requirements
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for finance-related data and approvals
Support fund tracking, cost monitoring, and expenditure documentation
Process Support & Documentation
Ensure proper
documentation, filing, and version control
of financial records
Support implementation of
process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancements
Maintain confidentiality, data accuracy, and adherence to institutional financial policies
Qualification & Experience:
Educational Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Foundation/Inter)
Desired Skills:
Good understanding of
ERP-based accounting systems
(Tally / SAP / Oracle or similar)
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel and financial data handling
Attention to detail, compliance orientation, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts
Exposure to
educational institutions, trusts, or ERP-based finance operations
preferred
Working knowledge of
GST, TDS, basic audit procedures, and accounting standards
