Your Role
As an
Executive in Finance at StayVista,
you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of large inventory bookings and Food & Beverage (F&B) items, managing expense approvals, and ensuring timely closure of the Tally ledger after reconciliation with the internal system. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with multiple departments, and sound accounting knowledge.
About You
Maintain and track large inventory bookings, including regular monitoring of stock movement and consumption.
Manage and reconcile F&B inventory records with purchase, issue, and consumption data.
Review, verify, and process expense approvals in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure all expenses are supported by proper documentation.
Match and reconcile Tally ledgers with the internal system on a regular basis.
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution prior to Tally ledger closure.
Ensure accurate accounting entries for inventory, expenses, and necessary adjustments.
Prepare periodic reports related to inventory status, expenses, and ledger closures.
Support internal and external audits by providing required data and explanations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial controls.
1-2 years of work experience in a similar accounting, inventory, or finance role.
Graduate with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
