Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidates should have handled
GST Returns, TDS Returns, Bank Reconciliation & Purchase bills Entries
Individually.
(Mandatory).
Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
Understand expense accounts and cost centers
Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes.
Timely Maintaining of excel sheet of voucher payment as per requirement from MD
Every Saturday - weekly reports/ status of cheque disbursement details
All jobs assigned by MD/ BOD
Qualification & preferred Skills:
B.Com with 2+ years of experience in Accounting & Tally software
Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Data entry skills
Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
Familiarity with Google Workspace & EPR modules are preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
