Accounts/Finance Manager - Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight:

Supervise accounting operations, financial planning, and cash flow management.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.

Revenue & Billing Management:

Ensure accurate patient billing, insurance claims, and timely collections.

Payroll & Compliance:

Oversee salary processing, tax filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI), and statutory compliance.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and present financial insights to management.

Audit & Risk Management:

Ensure internal and external audit readiness and manage financial risks.

Vendor & Procurement Management:

Negotiate contracts, oversee vendor payments, and optimize hospital procurement.

Team Leadership:

Guide and train the accounts team for efficient financial operations.
