Executive - Accounts & Finance

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in core accounting processes with hands-on experience in

Tally

,

purchases

,

receivables

, and

statutory compliance

. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Posting day-to-day accounting entries in

Tally ERP

with accuracy and timeliness. Processing and maintaining purchase records and supplier invoices. Monitoring and following up on

accounts receivable

, including patient billing and insurance claims if applicable. Preparing and maintaining records related to

GST

,

TDS

, and other statutory obligations. Assisting in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Reconciling vendor accounts and coordinating payments. Supporting internal and external audits with necessary documentation and reports. Coordinating with other departments for smooth flow of financial information. Ensuring adherence to internal controls and hospital financial policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Graduate in

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

or equivalent. Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in an accounts or finance role, preferably in a hospital or service industry.

Proficient in Tally ERP

, MS Excel, and accounting software. Good understanding of

GST, TDS

, and statutory compliance. Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
