JJob Title

: Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports, invoices, etc.

Tax reporting and inventory processing

Advising on estimates for project funding

Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow

Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts

Examining financial records to check for accuracy

Tally, GST, CGST etc knowledge.

Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.

Assist in financial audits

Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments

Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree Finance/Accounting

Accountancy/finance knowledge with 3-5 years of experiences

Good Communication Skills, in English and Hindi

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks

Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables

Experience with general ledger functions

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree

Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
