Position: Executive - Accounts and Finance
Reporting: Assistant Manager - Accounts and Finance
Location: Mumbai
1. Verification and Accounting
a. Verification of Expenses (Employees Expenses Reimbursement with Supporting documents).
b. Verification of Vendor Invoices (As per agreed terms).
c. Ensuring original invoices are obtained and attached with vouchers.
d. Accounting Entries for above in accounting software.
e. Coordination with Reporting Manager for seeking additional documents or clarification.
2. Payment & Receipt
a. Vendor Payments as per agreed payment terms.
b. Expenses reimbursement for the previous month.
c. Utility payment on or before the due date.
d. Passing accounting entries for Receipts.
e. Preparation of 80G receipts for Donation received.
3. Audit:
a. Support in Audit-Internal, Donor and Statutory Audit.
4. Bank:
a. Bank Reconciliation on daily basis.
b. Cheque/Net Banking.
5. Vendor Management
a. Verification of Vendor Contract Documents.
b. Maintaining original hard copies of Vendor agreements and Vendor documents.
c. Maintaining a master list of the vendor contract.
d. Maintaining Invoice Tracker.
6. Other Activities
a. Update Expenses reimbursement tracker on a regular Basis.
b. Update Credit card tracker on a regular basis.
c. Preparation of Prepaid Expenses Schedule on a Monthly Basis.
d. Preparation of correspondence pertaining to Finance & Accounts.
e. Stamping and Filling of documents in timely manner.
f. Coordination with ADMIN department.
Skills Required
? Graduate with experience of 1-2 years.
? Well versed in Tally
? Advance excel knowledge.
? Organized and multi-task
? Candidate with a positive approach.
? Willingness to learn.
? Self-motivator.
? Team-person.
