Key Responsibilities
:
Maintain Financial Records
: Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
: Process invoices, ensure payments are made on time, and follow up with outstanding receivables.
Bank Reconciliation
: Reconcile company bank accounts and ensure that all discrepancies are addressed.
General Ledger Management
: Assist in maintaining the general ledger and ensure proper classification of financial data.
Financial Reporting
: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Budgeting & Forecasting
: Help with the preparation of the annual budget and monitor actual performance against budgeted figures.
Tax Compliance
: Assist in the preparation of VAT, GST, or other tax filings, and ensure tax compliance.
Audit Assistance
: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
Expense Management
: Process employee expense claims and ensure they are within policy guidelines.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance
: Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and practices, ensuring the company's compliance with legal requirements.
Other Tasks
: Assist with other finance and accounting-related duties as required.
Key Requirements
:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
: Minimum of 1-3 years in accounting or a related role.
Knowledge
: Familiarity with accounting software

Strong understanding of accounting principles.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Certifications (Optional)
