About the Role

Executive Account Manager

who's passionate about brands, digital storytelling, and campaign execution. You'll be the bridge between clients and internal teams -- translating briefs into impactful digital plans and ensuring smooth, timely delivery across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Client Communication & Relationship



Act as the primary point of coordination for assigned clients. Understand brand objectives and assist in creating strategic plans that align with their marketing goals. Participate in client meetings, take briefs, and ensure clear communication with internal teams.

Campaign Management



Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns -- social media content, paid ads, influencer activities, and website updates. Coordinate between creative, design, and performance teams for smooth workflow and timely deliveries. Maintain campaign timelines, approvals, and status trackers.

Performance & Insights



Support reporting and analytics -- track campaign metrics, compile data, and prepare performance decks. Suggest optimizations based on insights and trends observed from ongoing campaigns.

Internal Coordination



Work closely with design, content, and media teams to ensure deliverables match client expectations. Maintain strong project documentation -- briefs, reports, timelines, and feedback logs.

Required Skills & Experience



1-2 years of experience in

digital marketing, client servicing, or account management

(preferably at a digital agency). Understanding of

social media marketing, paid advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), and content planning

. Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-ups. Familiarity with tools like

Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager

is a plus.

Preferred Personality



Strong multitasker with a "get-things-done" attitude. Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced agency setup. Balanced mix of creative thinking and execution discipline. Team player who thrives on collaboration and ownership.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
