The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and at least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
outbound calls
to potential clients/customers to introduce company products/services.
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer information.
Follow up consistently with potential leads to ensure high conversion.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Provide regular feedback on call responses, lead quality, and market insights
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telesales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence and resilience to handle rejections and objections.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
