Job Purpose:

Troubleshooting the problems during day to day operations daily/Monthly/yearly maintenance of all equipment\'s and sound knowledge on Isolator maintenance.

• Sound knowledge in QMS activity ( Change control management, CAPA and deviation investigation)
• Planning, Coordination and execution of equipment qualification and re qualification.
• Ensure safe work environment.
• Inventory management.
• Knowledge in SAP for PR initiation.
• Planning and execution of all maintenance, calibration and clean room validation activities.
• Preparation of documents related to QMS and EHSS management system.
• Documentation and Record keeping.
• Vendor management and area GMP area responsibility
• Adherence to standard operating procedures of cGMP, GLP and EHSS requirement
• Procurement of spare parts and consumables for the equipment and its accessories in coordination with procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Qualification:

• B.E/B. Tech

Technical/functional Skills:

• Meticulous in document maintenance.
• Accurate and disciplined in reporting
• Good communication
• Quickly adapts to the changes.
• Strong team skill
• Ability to work fluently with excel, word and power point.

Experience:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
