- Execution Officer (Civil)

1) Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive Execution Officer (Civil) to manage and supervise day-to-day execution of road and civil construction works at project sites. The role ensures work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project schedules.

2) Duties & Responsibilities :

Supervise and execute site activities as per approved drawings and specifications Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, manpower, and machinery Ensure execution as per quality standards and safety norms Coordinate with Quality, Safety, Billing, and Store teams Monitor progress, productivity, and material usage Ensure work completion within target timelines Maintain site records, daily progress reports (DPRs), and logs Handle subcontractors and ensure proper work execution Resolve site execution issues and report to Project Manager

3) Requirements :

Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years in execution of Civil / Road Projects Strong knowledge of road construction methods and civil works Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications Experience in handling manpower and machinery Good coordination and communication skills
