Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Senior Manager

with extensive

project and team management experience

in residential interiors. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of overseeing end-to-end project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of site supervisors, Project Managers, vendors, across multiple projects. Create detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and milestones. Supervise and coordinate execution teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Conduct periodic reviews, site audits, and client walkthroughs; resolve escalations swiftly. Ensure all projects are executed per design, quality standards, and safety regulations. Regularly track project progress and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or relevant field.

5+ years of experience

, with

at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or project management role

in interiors. Proven track record in managing multiple high-end interior execution projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Deep understanding of technical drawings, civil/interior works, and materials. Ability to work under tight timelines with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience managing multi-location projects. Proficiency in team performance tracking and manpower management. Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Long-term commitment to company vision and values.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
