We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented

Execution

Manager - Office to CEO

to act as the coordination bridge between the CEO and various departments. This role demands a combination of strategic understanding, strong communication, analytical mindset, and execution capability.

The ideal candidate will assist the CEO in driving key business priorities, ensuring alignment across teams, and monitoring execution efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Work directly with the CEO to plan, track, and execute strategic and operational initiatives. Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely completion of assigned business goals. Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and highlight action points for review. Support the CEO in decision-making through analysis, research, and data interpretation. Manage follow-ups, track pending tasks, and ensure accountability across teams. Prepare business presentations, meeting briefs, and strategic dashboards. Maintain confidentiality while handling business-critical and sensitive information. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business coordination, strategy, or executive office management. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ownership mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
