JobPURPOSE: The Job Holder shall be responsible for Planning and execution of assigned scope of work as per schedule ensuring the quality / Safety standards and within the estimated cost. ORGANIZATION CHART: The position will be based at the project site assisted by technical team and support team as per project requirement Role & Responsibilities: Execution of project as per standard, specification with quality and safety. Execution of job as per cost estimate. Execute job as per set productivity norms. Follow up Clients from time to time for all the input requirement. Timely submission of measurements to client for invoice Timely submission of sub-contract measurements to accounts Guide subordinate staff and develop for sucession planning. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & INTERACTIONS INTERNAL: The Job Holder shall have good interpersonal relationship with staff at site. EXTERNAL : The Job Holder shall have good relationship with client, consultants, sub-contractors, workmen and other agencies involved in project execution. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering Experience: 5 to 10 years\' experience in project execution of similar nature of a construction industry, out of which he shall be front line engineer for a period of 3 to 5 years. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Experience in execution of jobs relating to foundation engineering. cost estimation of various works involved in the project. Knowledge of labour laws and requirements. Awareness of various productivity norms. Codes and standards for various works in foundation engineering . Skills: Team management skills and technical knowledge
