Happy Homes is seeking an experienced and motivated to oversee and manage residential and commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues.
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
Prepare reports on project status and financials.
Resolve construction disputes and challenges efficiently.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
2 years
of experience in construction project management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
