Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Execution Engineer to join our team and contribute to our government projects, focusing on sectors such as ISRO, DRDO, refineries, government buildings, and schools & colleges construction. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in civil engineering project execution. The company will provide food and accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution and supervision of civil engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers. Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and adherence to specifications. Participate in quality control processes to ensure projects meet regulatory and company standards. Support project scheduling and budget monitoring activities, identifying and reporting potential risks. Assist in preparing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports tailored for government projects. Learn and apply health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to government projects. Contribute to technical discussions and problem-solving sessions with the project team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Passion for civil engineering and a strong desire to work on government infrastructure projects. Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
