Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• GST & TDS
• Financial Reporting
• Compliance and Miscellaneous

Accounts Payable:

Process payments to vendors for services or supplies provided.

Efficiently manage funds to ensure timely payments and optimize cash flow.

Accounts Receivable:

Generate and issue invoices for CAM recovery, HVAC/Electricity, Property tax, etc.

Follow up on outstanding amounts and ensure timely collection.

Deduct, calculate, and process TDS payments on monthly basis.

Prepare and file TDS returns quarterly.

Generate TDS certificates on a quarterly basis.

Goods and Services Tax (GST):

File GSTR1 and GSTR3B on monthly basis.

Ensure timely payment of GST on monthly basis.

Reconcile GSTR2A with internal records.

Prepare and file GST Annual Returns (GSTR9)

File GSTR1 and GSTR3B on monthly basis.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare financials on a quarterly basis.

Facilitate external audits and collaborate with auditors.

Prepare Notes to Accounts and participate in the signing of audited accounts.

Prepare Tax Audit Report and assist in statutory audits.

Upload audit reports on the Income Tax website.

Prepare and upload Income Tax Returns on the Income Tax website.

Prepare XBRL for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

Compliance and Miscellaneous:

Prepare data for Secretarial/ROC matters and Omnibus approval.

Manage insurance-related documentation and processes.

Handle Service Tax Assessment.

Address TDS Assessment and queries.

Respond to GST notices and prepare appropriate replies.

Prepare for and facilitate PF/ESI audits.

Provide necessary data for Common Area Maintenance (CAM) working.

System Knowledge

SAP skills - FICO & MM Module \xe2\x80\x93 Mandatory, SD module \xe2\x80\x93 Added Advantage

Advance Excel skills

Educational Qualification:

BCom/MCom, MBA (Finance)

Experience:

5-7 years

Skills:

SAP/TALLY/ MS Excel, PowerPoint
