We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to drive
new customer acquisition
and provide
exceptional service
to existing clients in the
Stainless Steel industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
New Customer Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities in domestic markets
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and potential segments
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients
Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers
Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach campaigns and exhibitions
Customer Service & Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers
Ensure timely resolution of queries, complaints, and service issues
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution
Track order status, delivery timelines, and post-sales support
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile:
3-4years of experience in
B2B sales
,
customer service
, or
account management
(preferably in manufacturing, metal Industry, or utensils/holloware sector)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and service quality benchmarks
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or ERP/SAP systems is mandatory.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
B. tech is a plus.
