Job Responsibilities: As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will ensure his schedules are aligned with top business priorities to maximize each minute of the day. You will be entrusted with confidential information and serve as an extension of the CEO to further build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. You will be providing administrative support to the CEO including maintenance of calendars, preparation of agendas and documents for meetings, speaking engagements and presentations and coordinating the preparation and/or compilation of background materials. You must be passionate about completing administrative work with great attention to detail while maintaining a flexible schedule to address requests as they arise. Your impact will be greatest when you anticipate and solve problems before they become reality. Factors for Success: Bachelor\'s degree and minimum 1-3 years\' experience supporting executive leaders Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal- English Strong business acumen to understand operations and key priorities Autonomous and work well with minimal supervision Highly efficient with a strong attention to detail Hands-on experience with MS office- word, excel, PowerPoint. Ability to respond on the CEOs behalf. Written communication, politeness, assertiveness in behaviour and communication Experience in having worked with data and business reports Good analysis of data and good research abilities Maintaining files and documents, Scanning and Managing phone calls and visitors Calendar Management, Organize meetings with the stakeholders and regular follow up to close loop on various tasks Travel and other related approval to be analyzed and actioned, follow up with travel desk for his ticketing/visa etc. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible and diversified administrative experience, including support to Executive Team members. Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, administration or relevant experience. Strong computer skills and tech savvy - deep understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet tools. Basic accounting skills including the ability to prepare and review budgets.
