1. Calendar & Communication Management - Manage and prioritize the Head's calendar (internal/external meetings, plant reviews, audits, etc.)
- Coordinate appointments, site visits, and reviews - Zero conflicts in scheduling
- Timely communication of meeting details
2. Reporting & Documentation - Prepare production reports, review decks, MOMs, and summaries
- Ensure timely submissions of MIS, operational reports, and metrics - Accuracy of reports
- Timeliness of submissions
- Readiness before review meetings
3. Coordination & Follow-up - Act as a liaison between departments (maintenance, quality, planning, etc.)
- Follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables - % of action points closed on time
- Reduction in follow-up escalations
4. Data Management - Maintain and retrieve data related to production KPIs, project trackers, compliance sheets, etc. - Up-to-date documentation
- Easy retrieval and sharing of data
5. Support in Operational Excellence Initiatives - Assist in lean manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen, 5S tracking
