Role Objective:

The Exchange FSC will be responsible for generating exchange car leads, evaluating used vehicles, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring smooth exchange transactions to support new car sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate

exchange leads

through field activities, referrals, and walk-ins. Conduct

physical inspection and evaluation

of used vehicles as per company process. Coordinate with

new car sales consultants

for exchange deals. Negotiate prices with customers to close exchange transactions profitably. Ensure proper

documentation and RC transfer

process. Maintain accurate

exchange stock and valuation records

. Follow OEM and dealership

exchange policies and SOPs

. Achieve assigned

exchange conversion targets

. Ensure high levels of

customer satisfaction

throughout the exchange journey. Coordinate with used car team / vendors for vehicle liquidation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of

used car valuation and market pricing

. Strong

negotiation and communication skills

. Ability to work in

field sales environment

. Basic knowledge of

RTO documentation and RC transfer process

. Familiarity with

DMS / CRM systems

is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

1-3 years experience

in exchange / used car sales. Graduate / 12th pass (preferred). Valid

two-wheeler driving license

is mandatory.

Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentives
