We are expanding our skill development vertical and looking for an expert Excel Trainer who can teach students and working professionals with clarity, patience, and hands-on examples.

Roles & Responsibilities

Teach

Microsoft Excel (Basic to Advanced)

in an engaging, structured, and student-friendly manner. Conduct

1:1 online classes

and group workshops as required. Create lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises based on learner levels. Teach essential Excel topics such as: Basic formulas & formatting Data entry and cleaning Conditional formatting Charts & data visualization Pivot tables & pivot charts Lookup functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) Logical, text, date & time functions Data validation and protection Basic macros (optional) Track student progress and share regular feedback with parents/students. Maintain high teaching standards and follow Junior Robo's curriculum guidelines. Be punctual and professional in all classes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in

Microsoft Excel

(Basic to Advanced). Prior experience in teaching/training Excel (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication skills and ability to teach beginners. Comfortable teaching online using Zoom/Google Meet tools. Ability to simplify complex concepts with practical examples. Own laptop/PC with stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Excel, Data Analysis, or MS Office (good to have). Experience creating dashboards or performing data analysis. Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus.
