We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled
Excel Executive
to manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should be proficient in advanced Excel functions and capable of handling large datasets, preparing reports, automating tasks, and supporting internal teams with accurate data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, organize, and update data in Excel spreadsheets.
Use advanced Excel features (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, etc.) to analyze and summarize data.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business requirements.
Validate and clean raw data for accuracy and completeness.
Automate recurring Excel tasks using formulas or macros.
Collaborate with different departments to gather and process data.
Assist in preparing business presentations and dashboards.
Identify process improvement opportunities using Excel tools.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, IT, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in Excel-based roles.
Strong command over MS Excel - must know formulas, charts, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and macros.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Knowledge of VBA scripting for macro automation.
Familiarity with ERP systems or data management software.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
