Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Excel and SPSS Trainer

to deliver practical, hands-on training sessions for students and/or professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting engaging training programs that help learners develop strong data analysis, reporting, and statistical skills using Microsoft Excel and SPSS.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on

Microsoft Excel

(Basic to Advanced levels) Deliver training sessions on

SPSS

for data analysis and statistical applications Design course materials, presentations, exercises, and real-world case studies Conduct hands-on practical sessions and assignments Assess learner progress and provide feedback and guidance Customize training content based on participant skill levels and objectives Support learners with queries during and after training sessions Stay updated with the latest Excel and SPSS features and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in training or teaching

Microsoft Excel

and

SPSS

Strong knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards, and data analysis tools Strong knowledge of SPSS including data management, descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, regression, hypothesis testing, and interpretation of results Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner Excellent communication and presentation skills Prior training, teaching, or corporate coaching experience is preferred Relevant certification in Excel, SPSS, Data Analysis, or Statistics is an advantage
Preferred Experience

Experience training students, researchers, analysts, or corporate professionals Experience delivering online and/or in-person training sessions Experience working with real datasets and practical business or research problems

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week
