Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Excel Reporting Analyst to join our team. The Excel Reporting Analyst will be responsible for managing financial data in Excel, creating insightful reports, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, a strong understanding of financial principles, mathematics, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to analyze and manipulate financial data efficiently. Develop and maintain complex Excel models to automate data processing and report generation. Create dynamic and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Excel's visualization tools. Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Support decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting. Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Excel and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on Excel-based reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, macros, and data visualization tools (e.g., charts, graphs). Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently.
