The Excel Expert will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data to support business operations and decision-making. The candidate should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create dynamic reports, dashboards, and models. The role requires attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Develop and manage advanced Excel dashboards, charts, and pivot tables.
Use formulas, macros, and conditional formatting to streamline processes.
Prepare and analyze data reports for management decision-making.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports.
Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with different departments to collect and organize required data.
Support business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring through Excel-based models.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in Excel-based data management or analysis.
Strong knowledge of Excel functions: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.
