We are looking for an experienced Excel Executive who has strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and can efficiently manage, analyze, and maintain data. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in advanced Excel functions and should be able to support various departments with accurate data reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets and reports.
Create and analyze complex data sets using advanced Excel formulas.
Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and performance tracking sheets.
Perform data validation, data cleaning, and error correction.
Prepare pivot tables, charts, graphs, and data summaries for management review.
Automate repetitive tasks using macros and VBA (if required).
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and provide data insights.
Maintain a systematic backup of reports and files.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Power Query, etc.
Working knowledge of
Macros & VBA
(preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
