We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Excel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and will be responsible for updating and managing spreadsheets using various Excel functions and formulas. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and organized data across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
? Spreadsheet Management: Regularly update and manage spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
? Function Utilization: Apply and manage various Excel, Google Sheets and functions and formulas, including SUM, AVERAGE, PIVOT TABLES, PERCENTAGE, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING, and SUMIFS. (Basic Knowledge of Computer).
? Report Updation: Create and maintain reports to support business operations.
? Data Entry & Accuracy: Enter and verify data with precision, minimizing errors.
? Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain records for easy retrieval and reference. ?Confidentiality & Security: Ensure data privacy and follow company policies on information security.
Qualifications:
? Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply).
? Age Limit: 18 to 26 years.
? Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply.
? Salary: 11000 - 14,000 per month. ,
? Education: Graduate/Pursuing Graduation.
? Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and typing speed.
