Job Title:- Regional Manager - Export Industrial and Marine Sales & Business Development.Location: Nagpur Reports to: Head of Export International Sales & MarketingDepartment: Export IndustrialQualifications and Experience:- Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.- MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.- Experience:- MUST have 5 to 15 years of experience in Export Sales & Business Development within Automotive Components OR Tractor Components OR Sensor Components, OR Marine Components.- Proven experience in handling Export Industrial and Marine Sales, with a solid understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of these industries.- Experience working with OEMs, tier suppliers, and regulatory bodies in the automotive or marine industry is highly desirable.- Strong understanding of automotive and marine manufacturing processes, supply chains, and industry standard.Required Skills:- Regional Market Knowledge:- Demonstrated experience managing sales and business development efforts in one or more of the following regions: Asia, Russia & CIS, Middle East, or Africa.- Strong understanding of the business cultures, regulations, and market dynamics in these regions.Sales Expertise:- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.- Ability to manage long sales cycles, close complex deals, and meet/exceed sales targets.- Experience in negotiating high-value contracts and establishing long-term client relationships.- Technical Knowledge:- In-depth knowledge of export industrial and marine components, including an understanding of the manufacturing, design, and application of products within these sectors.- Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.- Communication and Leadership:- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to lead and manage teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and effectively communicate with senior management.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Regional Manager - Export Industrial and Marine Sales & Business Development to join our growing team.
