Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Excel Advanced Excel Trainer to join our team at CNR EdTech in Madanapalle. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills and be proficient in various data analysis techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in advanced Excel training or a related field.

Mastery in advanced Excel formulas (Mandatory skill).

Proficient in data analysis and able to teach complex analytical techniques.

Experienced in creating and managing pivot tables and guiding students in their usage.

In-depth knowledge of VLOOKUP and able to effectively communicate its applications.

Skilled in designing and interpreting charts and graphs for data representation.

Ability to teach data visualization techniques to students with various levels of expertise.

Competence in applying conditional formatting to manage and manipulate data efficiently.

Familiarity with macros and the ability to train students on automating tasks using Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive advanced Excel training sessions.

Create training materials and curriculum that meet the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.

Evaluate students' progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.

Stay updated with the latest Excel features and incorporate them into the training modules.

Assist in resolving students' queries and difficulties related to Excel.

Develop real-world projects to help students apply their Excel skills practically.

Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve the training program continuously.

Maintain a positive learning environment and motivate students to achieve their career goals.
