Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive & Administrative Support
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, client demos, and company events.
2. Client Interaction & Demonstrations
Conduct
product demonstrations
for potential clients, showcasing key features and benefits.
Assist in client onboarding
and ensure a smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Help the executive
convince and convert leads
by effectively communicating value propositions.
3. Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive, clients, and internal departments.
Draft, proofread, and edit emails, proposals, and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
4. Project & Task Management
Track progress of ongoing initiatives and ensure key milestones are met.
Conduct market or client research and compile insights for decision-making.
Support cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum
2 years
of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a client-facing support role.
Experience conducting software demos or working with SaaS/hospitality software is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong presentation and communication skills -- both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
Ability to learn and demonstrate software products confidently.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and discretion in handling confidential matters.
