Shift Type: Night
Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (Full time students will not be considered)
Experience: Preferably 1+ years. Freshers with good communication will also be considered
Skill & Competence (Required - Must Have)
1. Good command over spoken and written English
2. Good typing speed with accuracy
3. Basic Computer knowledge
4. Ability to effective deal with difficult people
5. Flexible with shift timings
Roles & Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for making outbound calls for an International Voice Process (US) for Healthcare domain.
Below is the list of tasks/activities needed to be accomplished by the individual engaged in the mentioned role
- Will co-ordinate with Doctors/Hospitals/Clinics/Assistant of Doctor to Verify or Follow up on requests
- Maintain the quality of the call while ensuring he/she is able to achieve the KPI\xe2\x80\x99s as set by the company
- Maintain basic hygiene with regards to Schedule Adherence, Attendance and all behavioral aspects
THIS ROLE IS FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFTS (NO DAY SHIFTS AT ALL)
