Examination Coordinator/first Division Clerk(fdc)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Examination Coordinator to manage examination and administrative activities in coordination with Bangalore University. The candidate must have hands-on experience with the UUCMS portal and be capable of independently handling exam-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all activities related to the UUCMS portal (student data, exam forms, updates, reports, etc.)

Coordinate internal and Bangalore University examinations

Manage examination schedules, hall tickets, attendance, and result processing

Liaise with Bangalore University for exam-related communication

Handle academic and examination-related administrative work

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Support faculty and students with exam and UUCMS-related queries

Eligibility & Requirements:

Prior experience working with UUCMS portal (mandatory)



Experience in examination coordination

or academic administration

Familiarity with Bangalore University examination processes

Fluency in English and Kannada (spoken & written)



Good organizational and communication skills

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online portals)

Preferred Candidate:

Immediate joiner



Experience in colleges/institutions affiliated with Bangalore University

Salary:



?30,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience)
