- Exam Lab Invigilator

Position Summary

We are seeking disciplined, reliable, and professional Exam Lab Invigilators and Supervisors to ensure fair, secure, and standardized conduct of examinations across designated centers. The role involves maintaining strict adherence to procedures, monitoring candidates, and supporting the smooth execution of examination processes.

Position Details

Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Shift Timings: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (12 hours, including 1-2 hours rest intervals for meals/tea) Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate - completed or pursuing - preferred) Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years Compensation: As per Minimum Wage Rate of Uttar Pradesh + benefits
Key Responsibilities

Ensure fair and secure conduct of examinations in compliance with prescribed guidelines. Verify candidate identities and seating arrangements as per examination protocols. Supervise candidates during the exam to prevent malpractice or misconduct. Assist with exam hall setup, distribution/collection of exam materials, and reporting irregularities. Maintain discipline and professional conduct throughout the exam duration. Report directly to the Supervisor/Exam Center Head regarding incidents or issues. Participate in mandatory pre-deployment training sessions.
Eligibility & Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate (completed/pursuing) preferred. Experience: Prior experience in invigilation, exam supervision, or similar roles preferred (freshers may apply). Other Requirements: Must have a personal vehicle for commuting OR reside within 3-4 km of work location. Must clear background verification, Aadhaar verification, and a basic digital skills assessment. Mandatory training before deployment.
Skills Required

Strong observation and attention to detail. Effective verbal communication in Hindi and English. Basic computer literacy (MS Office / digital exam systems). Ability to handle exam-related stress with professionalism. Presentable personality with professional conduct. Strong sense of integrity, fairness, and responsibility.
