In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, fair, and secure conduct of exams. Your duties will include preparing the exam hall, verifying candidates, monitoring students throughout the examination, preventing any kind of cheating or malpractice, and handling any issues with professionalism and calmness.

Tasks

• Prepare the exam hall: Arrange question papers, answer sheets, stationery, and seating.
• Verify candidates: Check identity (Aadhaar/biometric/manual) and guide them to seats; ensure no restricted items like phones or notes.
• Closely monitor exams & prevent cheating: Supervise students at all times, maintain silence, and ensure smooth conduct.
• Manage time & communication: Announce start, halfway, and end times; address candidate queries professionally.
• Handle special situations: Respond calmly to emergencies, technical issues, or misconduct.
• Post-exam duties: Collect answer sheets, unused materials, and attendance logs; report any irregularities.

Requirements

• Age: 21+
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Fluent in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Punctual, professional, and dependable
• Available for early morning shifts (from 5:00 AM), 12 hour shifts, & weekends
