Act as a single point of contact between exam centres and the client.
Coordinate all logistical and operational activities before, during, and after the examination.
Ensure the exam centre is fully compliant with examination guidelines and protocols.
Handle real-time problem-solving during exam days to ensure smooth execution.
Supervise exam staff and ensure all roles are properly assigned and briefed.
Prepare daily reports, updates, and incident logs to be shared with stakeholders.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data security.
Travel to different centres (as required) to manage operations hands-on.
