What you will do?
Counsel students on UG entrance exams (CUET, IPMAT, CLAT, etc.) and guide them toward suitable programs/courses aligned with their goals.
Handle student walk-ins at designated centers (Rajouri / NSP / Janakpuri / Gurgaon) and support them throughout the counselling journey.
Conduct one-on-one counselling and career guidance sessions; ensure proper lead management and conversion.
Deliver seminars/workshops on career counselling to scale outreach and awareness.
Stay updated on exam trends, patterns, and course offerings to provide accurate and timely guidance.
What you will need?
Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (marketing).
Experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales will be added advantage.
Good written and spoken English.
Good negotiation and pitching skills are required.
Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up.
Multi-disciplinary and continuous learning mind-set.
Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality
