Job Summary



The Exam Coordinator is responsible for managing OSCE resit exam bookings, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication and support for assigned candidates throughout their exam preparation journey. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive follow-up, and a candidate-centric approach to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities



1.

Manage OSCE Resit Exam Bookings


Handle booking requests, schedule exams, and ensure timely confirmation to candidates.

2.

Coordinate with OSCE and Internal Teams


Work closely with the OSCE team and other relevant internal teams to ensure operational alignment and timely support.

3.

Candidate Communication & Engagement


Regularly communicate with assigned candidates and maintain strong engagement throughout their exam process.

4.

Guide Candidates Through OSCE Process


Provide clarity on next steps, required actions, timelines, and exam-related procedures.

5.

Monitor Candidate Progress


Understand each candidate's current status, challenges, and overall progression in their OSCE journey.

6.

Build Rapport and Trust


Establish strong relationships with candidates and maintain a high level of trust and support.

7.

Ensure Timely Follow-Ups


Conduct regular follow-ups to promote smooth progression, reduce delays, and enhance overall candidate satisfaction.

8.

Maintain Accurate Documentation


Keep updated records of all communications, interactions, and candidate details in the required systems.

9.

Identify Support Needs


Recognize candidates who may need additional assistance or service recommendations and escalate accordingly.

10.

Maintain Professional Standards


Uphold high professionalism, empathy, and care in every interaction to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education/admin background preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools. Prior experience in exam coordination, student support, or academic administration (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
