Job Role & Responsibilities:

Retired professional from Banking / Education / Army / Civil Services

Oversee financial documentation and project loan processes Guide customers on housing finance and assist in bank tie-ups. Set up systems for budget control, accounting oversight, and risk management. Train sales and support staff on communication, client handling, and ethics. Create written content like brochures, proposals, and internal manuals. Build trust in community outreach or educational real estate seminars. Assist with day-to-day operations, documentation review, and coordination. Handle site security, workforce discipline, and coordination with security agencies. Manage logistic operations for projects and office spaces. Interact with local bodies, resolve disputes, and handle tough field conditions. Represent the company in negotiations or formal meetings.

General Responsibilities :

regulatory compliance

. Help build

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Retired professional from Banking / Education / Army / Civil Services. Good communication and leadership skills. Familiar with the local area, government working, and documentation. Willing to contribute full-time.
