Job Vacancy: Plant Supervisor (CHM Role)

Position:

Plant Supervisor - CHM Role

Experience:

Preferably candidates with prior supervisory or technical experience in defense or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage manpower allocation and monitor production activities. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of issues. Maintain discipline and efficiency across the plant.

Requirements:

Ex-Army, Ex-Navy, or Ex-Air Force personnel preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle operational challenges and maintain team morale. Basic technical knowledge of plant machinery will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
