Key Responsibilities (for both EVS & English)

Teach the assigned subject (EVS or English) to middle-school students as per the curriculum. Develop structured lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials. Conduct classroom activities that encourage student engagement and curiosity. Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects. Provide feedback and support to students for academic improvement. Maintain discipline and a safe learning environment in the classroom. Participate in school events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings. Collaborate with fellow teachers to support overall student development.

Required Skills

Strong subject knowledge in EVS or English. Excellent communication skills. Ability to design interactive and age-appropriate lessons. Classroom management and student-handling skills. Familiarity with modern teaching methods and basic computer usage.
