Role Overview

Bray Events is seeking a results-driven Events Sales professional responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and driving revenue across weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and ticketed events.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for events and decor services Pitch event concepts, packages, and custom solutions to clients Convert leads into confirmed projects and close deals Coordinate with internal planning and execution teams post-closure Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic contracts Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Represent Bray Events in client meetings, venue visits, and negotiations
Required Skills & Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or related fields Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Understanding of event planning, decor, and production workflows Ability to work under targets and deadlines Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, and basic MS Office Local market knowledge (Punjab / Tricity preferred)
