Strategize, conceptualize, and oversee the execution of all FTV events, including large-scale productions . Develop and manage the overall events budget, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness . Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and cultivate strategic partnerships with key suppliers . Direct and mentor the entire events production team, setting clear goals and quality benchmarks . Oversee the end-to-end creative and technical production to ensure a premium on-brand experience . Implement risk management strategies and provide senior leadership during crisis situations . Collaborate with department heads (Marketing, Sales, Content) to ensure events align with company-wide objectives . Analyze event performance, measure ROI, and present detailed reports to senior management . #
