As an Events Operations Manager / Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of events with a strong focus on timely delivery, vendor coordination, team satisfaction, and budget control. Your role ensures smooth event operations, adherence to checklists, and innovative contributions to enhance overall event quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
:
Follow Checklist:
Complete 95% of the pre-event checklist at least one day prior to the event to ensure readiness.
Innovative Idea Submission:
Contribute one innovative idea every month to support cost-saving, enhance the client experience, or improve team productivity.
Event Execution:
Deliver 100% on-time event setups and ensure timely dismantling post-event.
Timely Proposal Submission:
Submit all required proposals within the deadlines provided by the Client Servicing (CS) team.
Team Satisfaction:
Maintain an average team satisfaction rating of 4.5 or higher in monthly feedback surveys.
Cost Saving:
Ensure 3 vendor quotes are submit in file with fair practices with proper evaluation
Manage Budget:
Ensure the actual event P&L expenses do not exceed the planned budget by more than 5%.
Weekly Review Meeting:
Participate in weekly review meetings to share event progress, flag challenges, and align on upcoming tasks.
