Job Summary:

This role sits at the intersection of operations + stakeholder management + revenue outcomes. You won't just run events; you will ensure the right people show up, the right AI-driven conversations happen, and follow-ups are converted into pipeline. We are looking for Events & Partnerships Executive in the Partnerships function who will own end-to-end event execution using events as a strategic lever to build deep industry relationships, unlock key introductions, and create high-value sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



1) Event Execution (End-to-End Ownership)



Plan and execute hosted events: CXO roundtables, breakfasts, partner meets, customer workshops, webinars Own logistics + operations: venue, vendor management, travel, A/V, creative coordination, run-of-show Create repeatable event playbooks and checklists to ensure quality scales across global territories (so quality scales) Use generative AI tools to rapidly draft crisp event invites, landing page copy, and partner communication

2) Strategic Relationship & Ecosystem Management



Network Building: Cultivate and maintain a strong network of tech, platform, and logistics partners, alongside CXOs in the retail and fashion sectors. Guest Experience: Manage the end-to-end guest journey, from personalized AI-augmented invitations to high-touch post-event hospitality. Intelligence Gathering: Maintain a clean database of contacts, utilizing AI tools to summarize meeting notes and capture "intent signals" from attendee interactions.

3) Opportunity Creation & Sales Enablement via Events



Work with Partnerships + Sales to: curate invite lists that align to target accounts/segments pre-schedule relevant meetings for events/conferences ensure the right team members are briefed on attendee context Identify and flag potential opportunities from attendee intent signals Capture meeting notes and ensure opportunity handoff is clean (who, what, next step, timeline)

4) Follow-ups & Pipeline Hygiene (Critical)



Seamless Workflows: Own post-event follow-up workflows, including content sharing and routing leads with full context to the relevant teams Data-Driven ROI: Maintain detailed reporting on registration vs. attendance, meetings completed, and total pipeline influenced

5) Partner Activations & Co-Marketing:



Run joint webinars / partner booths / co-hosted roundtables Coordinate co-branded assets and partner comms timelines

Requirements



1-4 years experience in events, partnerships, or community roles (B2B preferred) Strong communication + relationship management instincts Comfortable working with Sales/BD teams and understanding what qualifies as an opportunity Operational excellence: vendor negotiation, multitasking, timelines, budgets Familiar with managing data in tools like Google Sheets, Notion; CRM exposure is a plus Willingness to travel for events/conferences

Good to Have



Experience with CXO roundtables, closed-door events, or enterprise event selling Comfort with writing crisp invites, follow-up messages, and partner comms Past work in SaaS / Retail / Supply Chain ecosystems
