About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and enthusiastic professional to join our Mumbai team as a

Junior Events Operations Manager

. You will support the execution of on-ground events and activations for high-profile clients, including luxury auto brands, ensuring every detail is managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end execution of events and activations - from planning to on-ground delivery. Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event operations. Maintain event checklists, timelines, and ensure all logistical requirements are met. Be present on-ground to supervise set-ups, manage vendors, and troubleshoot issues. Support the senior team in budgeting, costing, and post-event reporting. Ensure quality standards are maintained in every aspect of event delivery. Maintain databases of suppliers, venues, and freelancers.

Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in

events, activations, or production operations

, preferably with an agency. Strong operational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, based on event schedules. Good communication skills and a team-player attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
