Plan, coordinate, and execute college activations and brand engagement events across multiple cities.
Vendor Management:
Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors across different regions for event setup, logistics, manpower, and production needs.
Budget & Cost Management:
Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets for each activation.
Maintain and update cost sheets for all events.
Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Coordination with Accounts:
Work closely with the accounts team to raise and process invoices, manage vendor payments, and ensure proper documentation.
On-Ground Execution:
Oversee and ensure smooth execution of events on-ground, including managing the team, vendors, and client expectations.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare post-event reports and document key learnings.
Track and analyze performance metrics for future improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in
event management or brand activations
, preferably in college or youth-centric campaigns.
Strong vendor network and ability to handle logistics PAN India. ( school/college network)
Excellent negotiation, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground activations.
Proficiency in MS Excel (for cost sheets and reports).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
