Internship Opportunity: Events Intern @ Band-It

Are you passionate about music, events, and behind-the-scenes action?

Band-It is looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Events Intern to support the planning and execution of our exciting live experiences!

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in end-to-end event coordination

Handle vendor communication & follow-ups

Maintain trackers, budgets, and schedules (Excel/Google Sheets)

Support with artist coordination, logistics & on-ground execution

Share creative ideas to enhance the attendee experience

Collaborate with marketing, design & production teams

Who You Are:

Highly organized and a great multitasker

Proficient with Google Workspace / MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Self-starter with a hands-on attitude

Bonus: Experience in campus festivals or event management

Internship Details:

Duration: 3 months

Location: On-site - Khar West, Mumbai
